Near the end of Apache Mesa Road lies a grassy fenced 119 acre meadow with excellent views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and Hermits Peak. This mostly level parcel is perimeter fenced and easy to live on. There is a new water well run by a solar pump & powered by 2 solar panels. There is a small camping shed near the well close to the center of the lot. Tree cover is moderate with old growth cedar & pinons, oak thickets and some mountain mahogany. Blue stem grammas, sacatone, side oats and some cottontop are ground cover. Not far from the camp/home site are two stock tanks that will hold snow melt and rain water run off.
